Marilyn Craig

Marilyn Craig has been an activist on the issue of restoring this plant genus to a legal economy since 1990.

She has done extensive research, and attended many conferences hosted by The Drug Policy Foundation originally based in Washington D.C.

She is the former Eastern Regional Director of the Business Alliance For Commerce in Hemp (BACH) an educational organization begun by Chris Conrad from California, educating thousands of citizens by disseminating information about the thousands of uses of this plant for medicine as well as a feedstock for industrial purposes.

She edited and published a newsletter (The Hempire News) for a few years and authored a Feasibility Study for Restoring Hemp to the Legal Economy of New York State which was submitted to New York State Research Center in 1993.
